As OEM Director of Izard County, I requested SERVPRO (Bruce Sanders) to come and give their presentation to my fire chiefs after learning that they had more to offer that JUST clean up and clean carpets. All the plans got interfered with by COVID-19. Fast forward more than a year later, Bruce Sanders and Mark Tyer came out and gave a great and informative presentation.
